Filter Replacement Guidelines: To maintain optimal performance, we recommend changing the filter when you observe a color change from white to grey or dark grey. For your convenience, we kindly request that you purchase replacement filters when the need arises, rather than including them with your initial flow hood order. 

Returns and Responsibility: We understand that circumstances may change, and we do accept returns within 14 days. However, kindly note that the buyer is responsible for covering the postage costs. Additionally, if there are signs of use, we kindly request the buyer to provide replacement HEPA filter(s) to maintain the product's pristine condition.
