Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, UK, USA, Canada.

These options are available for receiving the order: Fedex, DHL, Itella Smartpost.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within EU generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-6 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of EU are guaranteed to arrive within 14 calendar days. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Urban Fungi OÜ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@urbanfungi.ee with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
