  • Made from 100% organic brown rice and Rhizopus oligosporus fungus.
  • Instructions for use are included.

Package Includes:

  • 50ml plastic centrifuge tube containing a mix of Rhizopus oligosporus and organic brown rice flour.
  • Each tube contains approximately 25 grams of tempeh starter. With this amount, you can typically ferment 10 to 12 kilograms (22 to 26 lbs) of cooked soybeans or other beans and grains.

    General guideline:
    Use 2 grams of starter per 1 kilogram of cooked beans.
