Tempeh mould can be used to grow different kind of tempeh and most cases without incubation device.
First 22 hours inside temperature of tempeh goes from 21 to 30 degree celsius only by using this mould at room temperature.
To have tempeh fungi optimal growth, you need to keep 30 degrees celsius about 48 hours.
Tempeh mould is designed so the rubber belts will put continuous pressure to tempeh cake.
With this method, tempeh does not have enought air pockets to grow spores and tempeh cake is covered with smooth white tasty tempeh mycelium.
These moulds are printed with PLA+ Filament that is Food Grade Certified by both TÜV SÜD and SGS with reference to 21 CFR 175.300 of The Food & Drug Administration Code of Federal Regulations (FDA 21 CFR 175.300).
Tempeh cake maximum size: 150*90*30mm and weight about 250 grams.
