Liquid Culture (LC) is live mushroom mycelium suspended in a nutritious liquid medium. It can be stored at room temperature up to 1 month or in the refrigerator up to a year, and sometimes longer. However, for optimal results, it is recommended to use the culture shortly after receiving it.
